I've not had my blaze very long, only a few days and I have to say I prefer my surge!! The heart beat isn't always great especially when exercising but the most annoying thing is it hasn't tracked my sleep since I got it!! I've pressed the two buttons to reset...but still no joy. Anyone else have a problem with it? Seriously not impressed

They’ll tell you nothing more then ‘It’s a glitch and we’re working on it.’

@SunriseGirl Nah, that didn’t work. 😕

@gmorrell It’s a glitch buried in the app apparently. They won’t tell you anymore.

@SunriseGirl wrote:@v4vavoom Somehow I got logged out of the app. When I logged back in, the sleep analysis showed up. Perhaps try logging out and then log back in.
Uninstalling the fitbit app on my Galaxy S5 then reinstalling the app didn't change it's ability to display any sleep analysis.

@taf45377 It’s a software glitch, so I doubt doing anything will work until they fix it.

@taf45377 You’re probably right. There’s just been an update to the app, but still no joy. Might just jack the Balze and get a charge 2.

If it is a glytch in the app, have you checked the web site at www.fitbit.com/sleep?
Is it not tracking any type of sleep at all, or just not sleep stages?

@Rich_Laue All I get is this.

This does look like no sleep at all is being recorded, i assume you have allready restarted the Blaze and therefore i think it would be best to reach out to Fitbit with th8s screen shot.

Hey @Rich_Laue @SunriseGirl @taf45377 @v4vavoom Are you guys telling the app via the sleep tile when you are going to sleep and when you wake up?

@Kieron_j No, i am just wearing the tracker to bed and letting it track when i have fallen asleep.

@SunriseGirl I was, as I thought that’s what you had to do, but I got a mail from Fitbit support that asked to make sure I wasn’t. I thought it sounded a bit backwards, but gave it a shot anyway, and lo and behold, now I get my sleep stages.

@Kieron_j that is the way it should work, the user has to do nothing but wear the tracker.
Enjoy the freedom.

@Rich_Laue it’s not really that obvious if you’ve never owned a Fitbit before though. And nobody in any of the threads has asked if people are doing that. All they’ve said is that it’s a glitch. Luckily mine is working now, so I’m happy.
