Blaze not tracking steps

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve noticed over the past week or so that my Blaze is not

tracking my steps correctly.  I’ve restarted my Blaze and still it’s not tracking accurately.  How do I fix this?!

My Blaze won't sync since Sunday. I believe an update release on 16-08-2020 is to blame.

About time there was a fix, does anybody at Fitbit read these forums?

I'm having the same issue with my blaze, and my husband has a brand new Ionic and is also having the same issue for about a week now  I'm also thinking it has to do with the recent update? And of course this page isnt being monitored by fitbit staff it would seem, I know there was a message they are behind but seriously more than a week? Ridiculous and very disheartening because in the past their customer service is what they had going for them and why I kept buying from them and encouraged my husband to get a Fitbit, now I'm second guessing myself!

Did finally get my Blaze syncing again! Had to remove and re-install app but has been ok for a week.

Hope you all get sorted 🤞

If you remove and reinstall app do you lose all your steps in challenges.  I think mine was from an update on phone

many thanks, it was not the steps was losing it was all info from previous
days. The app updated and afterwards each time it went to a new day I lost
the previous days data as in if i went to look at the previous day and days
before it had reset to zero information. I did reinstall the app several
times to no avail, so I uninstalled and found there was a rollback version
of the app in the microsoft store and have now installed it, I am now
having no problems so assume there is something not good with the new
update or the blaze is getting too old to keep up with the updates. Thanks
for all your help.
