Blaze not turning on

Dear All,

 

My Fitbit Blaze is not working. Two hours back it was showing fully charged. Now that it is not responding. The green light at the back is also not blinking. I am unable to start it. Please help ...

 

It is a 2 months old watch.

Have you tried the restart procedure?

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.

Tried it, its not working... Can you suggest me something else ?
