Blaze not turning on

It died and not turning on and have to retailer and they want to talk to fitbit!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Blaze is not turning on.

I'd like to get more details on what is going on. When you put it to charge, do you see anything coming up on the display? If you press any button, will it not respond at all? Have you tried to restart your tracker? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and hopefully will make it to turn back on.

Let me know how it goes or if you need more help with this and please provide as much detail as possible.

Its not responding at all have tried everything which I could 

i would like to replace or to be fixed because this watch is in warranty.
