Blaze not turning on

I've started having issues with my Blaze not turning on/turning off while wearing. At first I could reboot it and it would run.  But last week that doesn't even help.  All I see is a static screen and then it goes blank.  This was a gift and I have no receipt.  Do I need to replace this?  If there a fix?  How can the company help me with this?
