Blaze not updating active minutes

I have had the Blaze for alittle less than a month and have had problems with it properly logging active minutes. For example, I did a 29 min circuit this morning and only have 13 active minutes logged. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

@getfitvic wpuld ypu be able to part a screen shot of the calories durring  your 29 minute recorded circuit? This would really help in seeing what might be happening.

My phone is only letting me "reply to text" unfortunately, but I did burn 139 cal while spending 8 min in the cardio zone and 21 min in the fat burning zone - I know it records my walks when I'm in the fat burning zone so that is why I'm confused

I suggest lolling at the baloney graph of the recorded workout, because it should answer the question.
