I have just recieved my Blaze ,unistaled all my software from my fitbit and downloaded app. I have a wireless dongle from my fitbit so conected it back up. went to setup and it tells me that an update is available .so I spent 30mins retrying to download update. I get searching for tracker and update then retry.
I have to put it in recharge cradle to even get a starting update. I checked web and it says to turn off blaze and restart but I can not do this as I can not get it past the logo screen no swipe nothing and one help please.

I had a fitbit vivo and used garmin connect so I unistaled it . I can reset and get to setup it just will not setup . It does not recognise dongle and cradle is not usb 3 compatable but I got acount and synch done.I can not get pastfitbit.com/setup.

When you say the logo screen, does it also show wwe.fitbit.com/setup
You say you uninstalled the software, from what?
If you can't swipe it you cant turn it iff, does a restart waork by pressing the left and lower right buttond.
