Phone is S6 edge. Bought the blaze 3 days ago and noticed that it was nothe connecting. I have exhausted all of the options on this forum. The blaze or classic does not show up on my phone. Bluetooth reads other devices. Removed them to see if it would help. Reinstalled the app shut down turn on restarted everything I can. Even set my phone to factory settings. Anybody?

A warm welcome to the Community @Crusade003. I would like to know if you were able to setup your Blaze? If you keep having problems, I recommend restarting your tracker, turn off the bluetooth classic if you have it on and then do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I have already attempted this. When I try to turn off the classic, the blaze shuts locks up and restarts on its own.
