Blaze not working after update

Ever since I updated my blaze I have had nothing but trouble the HR doesn't work properly anymore, it doesn't register steps properly and also doesn't register the floors I've had my blaze for 5 months and it was working fine until a couple of weeks ago I have reset and it hasn't help I've let the battery run out of charge and then fully charged it and it doesn't seem to have changed anything. If I could get some advice I would be grateful.

So I have just awoke this morning to find although I had been lying in my bed sleeping all night apparently I have done over 11000 steps I would be grateful for some help asap.

I share your pain. Mine no longer gets notifications although turned on. Will not connect to music and does not show as a bluetooth device on my phone unless I ask to sync via the app when it suddenly appears. Was working just fine prior to the last update. Would really like some answers!

Yup - tried that no joy. I have tried forgetting the device in BT settings as well no change

I have also been emailing customer support and although I found it hard to find a category for all my blaze problems I settle for the "battery" category I explained everything in the email and received the mandatory "have you tried this" email, so I decided to phone customer services and I'm glad to say after a 15min call I am now going to receive a new Blaze, I hope everyone else gets sorted, my advice is to call customer services they are available between 9am and 6pm. Result
