Blaze not working in wristband

When the battery is installed in the charger, it displays that I have full battery power. When I remove it to install in wristband, I make sure buttons are aligned and nothing happens. Black screen, pushing random buttons didn't seem to work.

It's great to welcome you @Cherylwcole. If your Blaze is not responding at the moment of wearing it, I recommend restarting the tracker. If the restart process doesn't work, feel free to get in touch with our support team, for a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
