My fit bit blaze charges 100% and when I take it off of the charger it totally goes blank. I have done the hard reset with the two buttons for 15 seconds and still the same problem. I have the most up to date version for the app and the blaze also. It will do the update while charging, but once again when I take it off of the charger it goes completely blank.

Hi there @wmar9599. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not working outside of the charger, that's pretty strange...
Thanks a lot for trying to restart your tracker! When did this start to happen? Also, even when your tracker is not lighting up, do you see if it syncs to your Fitbit app? You could try changing to a different clock face, then syncing your tracker while it's inside the charger and see if this makes any difference.
Let me know if this helps!

This has happened for awhile now, I have tried a new clock face and that didn't change anything. I updated that app on my phone so it is all up to day, and when my fitbit is charging it can sync to my phone. Once it is off of the charger it goes completely blank. If I put it back in the charger it comes back on.
I will try to see if it syncs to the app off the charger to see if the sync is still working, I haven't tried that out because I thought it was not working because of the display shutting off once I took it off the charger.

Update: The display still will not come on of off of the charger, but it does sync up to my fitbit app while it is on the charger. I shook the fit bit while in the charger and saw steps go up and it updated in the app on my phone. I tried off of the charger and nothing. So the Bluetooth is working fine and the steps are tracking just for some reason it will not do anything off of the charger. hope that helps a little
