Blaze not working out of the charger

My Fitbit once charged in its charging station won’t work when put in the strap. It won’t let you switch on or swipe. Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is not responding when out of the charger. I'd like to help you out!

 

Have you tried by any chance to restart your tracker? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

I have a Blaze the works in the charger but not in the strap - tried to reset by holding Left Button and Bottom right button for 12 secs as suggested in another thread but still will not turn on in the strap - any ideas please ? Tks

Same thing. Seems the buttons are not working. Works fine in charger
