Has anyone found a resolution for this.
i tried a reset and no resolution. It appears that the battery is malfunctioning after contacting customer service. When I read through the community posts it looks like it's happening quite a bit. Can the device be opened by the user to replace the battery. Thanks for any suggestions.

battery cannot be replaced and if attempted will render the device completely non operational (I watched a video of someone opening one up, what was left was not pretty) if it is still on warranty then your best bet is to return it to where you bought it from. It has a 12 month warranty although some countries by law extend this to 2 years so check your local laws.

Unfortunately about 45 days or so past warranty😢
