Blaze not working, was offered a discount

I am extremely disappointed in Fitbit customer service. Have had the Blaze for less than 2 years, I do all the trouble shooting requested and it still does not work. They offered me a 25%discount on the purchase of a new one. NO THANK YOU.... Apparently it is an issue with fit bit Blaze that I have found amongst other consumers, they last less than 2 years. Not worth the money, especially with such poor customer service on a product that has become such an important part of daily life and staying healthy.
