Blaze not working when not connected to the charger

I haven’t used my fit bit for a while & decided to charge it up. It shows that it’s fully charged whilst in the charger. However when I take it out of the charger it goes blank & doesn’t turn on. It is only on when in the charger. HELP

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue with your Fitbit Blaze which won't turn on when not connected to the charger. Thank you for letting me know that it shows that it's fully charged whilst on the charger. I recommend following these steps to resolve the issue including a restart: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
