My Blaze is working when connected to charger, but display is getting off when charger is removed.

I think my battery drained completely or not working, need to change the battery.

Want to know how can i contact someone, who can change the battery or any service centres in Pune.

Hi @Avis_10  if you want to replace the battery, you'll need to search online. There are places that sell the parts and they also sell their service to do the work. It all depends on how comfortable you are at working with small interior parts of the Blaze and reassembling it. Sometimes the Fitbit has just come to the end of life.My Blaze made it almost two years and it no longer showed a screen, despite restarting it and knowing it was charged.

Thanks @Odyssey13  for the quick response. Can i know the steps on restarting my Device Blaze.

I couldnt found the steps in the Help article from the support.

There's no particular article on how to restart Blaze. So, If you could just mention the steps on how to restart, It'll help a lot.

Sure @Avis_10

To restart your tracker:1.Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit icon on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds. 2.Let go of the buttons.

Hi @MarreFitbit  actually, that part of the reset information needs to be changed. It says Blaze, but when you click, it only shows the Versa information.

Thanks for pointing this out @Odyssey13. Fitbit Blaze can be reset the same way as Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa since these three belong to the same family.

Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2 need to be reset differently, as described in the article you shared with me.

I really appreciate you have taken the time to let me know that we need to add the word "Fitbit Blaze" to the instructions to make the steps more clear for our users. I will definitely pass this along to our team so we can add it as soon as possible.

I hope you're doing great! 😉
