I’ve never had any issues with my fitbit blaze until a week or so ago when I was out for a run and it suddenly turned off without me doing anything to it. It then started showing the fitbit logo it normally does after a shutdown only the logo wasn’t animated like usual and has been displaying this static logo ever since when I press one of the buttons to activate the screen. The green light at the back for heart rate is also no longer working.
I’ve tried letting it run out of charge with no result, the only difference being that the screen displays a low battery image after the fitbit logo; as well as attempting to reset it by holding down the buttons multiple times with nothing happening.
Have yet to find anyone with the same issue and so would appreciate some help is anyone has any to give.
