Blaze not working

Just purchased a new Blaze and cannot get it to work unless it is connected to the charger.

 

When plugged in I have been able to use all functions (ie.. sync, settings etc), as soon as I remove from the charger it completely stops working.

 

Please help!

Try manually resetting @Bryce75, removed from charger hold in the left and lower right buttons for until it vibrates - about 10 -15 secs - working now?

If not, contact customer service and let them know what you just tried.

No response when attempting the reset, I will contact Customer Service as you suggested.
