Blaze only have backlight after charging overnight

Hi everyone. I had charge my Blaze overnight when the battery was low. In the morning, only the backlight was on. There was nothing on the screen. I had force restart but still just the backlight appears IMG_20171011_213805.jpg

Hello @HamidBo, by backlight, are you referring to the heart rate monitor? 

The only time this happened to me i was able to fix it with a restart by holding in both the left and lower right buttons. i do remember that i had to hold it longer than the usual 12 secojds. I would hold the two buttons in until the unit restarts or 1 minute.
