Blaze only working on cradle

Someone please help! My Fitbit will turn on and display works and everything when charging, but as soon as taken out of charger and returned to band, the display goes off and will not come back on!

 

Is this something that can be fixed, if so how? can I contact Fitbit support and get a new one sent to me?

I would like to know if you have contacted our support team, have they offer you a solution for this? In the meantime, if you haven't, I recommend restarting your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
