My Fitbit only works in cradle and not on my wrist watch!

Please help

Hey @JessieRobichaud, it's great to welcome you.

I would like to know if you have tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, please restart it by doing the following:

Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
Let go of the buttons.
