Hello I have a couple of issues with my Blaze. It's less than a year old and recently noticed the battery won't last more than a day. Also to make matters worse, today when charging a message image of over heating and hot to the touch.... What can I do to repair or exchange my Blaze??

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze battery not lasting as it should and also with it overheating. That doesn't sound any good at all!

I cleaned as best I could the charging contacts, but still no go 😞
