Blaze overachiever, nailed it, almost to goal notifications quit 6/2018?

Is this due to Blaze being retired? Those notices used to annoy me but when I looked for my 100 floors badge yesterday I saw none of the usual " overachiever, nailed it, almost to goal" messages. I thought I may have accidentally done this but my husband's Blaze also quit receiving these about the same time 6/2018. Neither of us has turned these notifications off. We both still get the cheers, etc. from friends. Please advise. Thanks!

Certain badges will just send an email that you got a new badge. And only once. If you get it again you will not get a message.

But try a restart and see if it helps

Do it at least 3 times.

It has nothing to do with the blaze being discontinued. They still support it

I still receive the badges. See attached photo for notifications that quit coming. I already tried resetting 😞
