I got my Blaze a couple of days ago and it said i climbed 18 floors yesterday. I only did 4. Any ideas how to fix this?

Derrick, My Blaze shows me that I climbed 3 floors while I was driving. This is totally unacceptable. This is my first day with Blaze, earlier I was using Surge and it was **ahem** accurate. I don't know why did you change algorithm or sensors sensitivity in this new model. I am sure Fitbit will lose customers if they don't fix this because Accuracy is the secret of company's success.

I bought my Charge HR last year, for about 8 month it counted the stairs always right. Then there was a software update and since then it's more wrong than right. It's counting too many stairs.
Now I bought the Blaze, used it for one day and it has the same problem with counting.
I am really disappointed that fitbit does not solve this. There are others who have the same issue since getting the update.

I frequently get floor credit while driving home from gym. Today I got floor credit every other hour for several hours at gym and while driving. No storms in area, no floors climbed

It's interesting that everyone is have over calculating. I use the stair climber at the gym twice a week and when I am done it doesn't show that I have done any steps, but burned so many calories. I'm glad it counts calories, just wondered what I am doing wrong that it's not counting steps?
