My Blaze is counting far more steps than I have walked - 361 on my iphone and 1291 on the Blaze.

I have tried to reset it by pressing the left and bottom right buttons together, but no change.

Help???!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Stef1! 🙂

That does sound very strange. Are you by any chance logging any activities manually? If so, logging activites manually when you were wearing your tracker may result in overriding information causing it not to show accurately on your tracker and app. Logging activities manually is a great way to keep track of your activities when you forgot to wear your tracker for example.

Now, if that's not the case, you can try to set up your tracker as a new device to see if this makes any difference. For this, go to the Account section at the bottom right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing all the information correctly without a problem.

Let me know how it goes!
