Blaze problem

So I've had my blaze for about 9 months and now it won't hold a charge for more than 5 or 6 hours and I charge it until it's completely charged with the green battery showing but it won't stay charged

Might be a third part app @wepender if everything wasOK to this point.

Best way to isolate is to swipe over the settings, tap, tap off quick view, make sure brightness & heart rate is tapped for "auto", then tap shutdown.

Go to your dashboard settings

"applications" on the left and revoke access for everything but fitbit apps

turn your blaze back on by pressing the left button

how long before your tracker (not emails or alerts) asks to be fed ?

(watch for red icon in upper left of "today" logo screen, usually means 8-10 hrs left)

OK, so hardware.

Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until your Blaze vibrates, then let go.

Put in your charge cage and let it charge exactly 2 hrs.

When you put your Blaze back on force a sync by touching and pulling down on your mobiles fitbit tile screen - the battery should show full when you check it.

Don't charge it again until the Blaze asks  (red indicator icon in the upper left of any Blaze screen except the clock)  was it more than a day?
