Blaze problems syncing

Hello i have been having problems with my device not syncing. I have contacted you before about this. I was sent a replacement tracker and still having the same issues. The funny thing is my friend has the same phone and same fitbit blaze device as me and yet she has no problems. I really love fitbit and i wear it everyday up until these syncing issues. I just want it to work again. Very frustrating. I used to have the Alta which i loved as well never had an issue with. I have been thinking about going back to the Alta however I want the HR one. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. One of your loyal customers.

When you have syncing problems I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

If you are having syncing issues, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. Also, please check that the device you are using to sync your tracker is a compatible mobile device.
