Blaze - problems with daily calorie burn goal?

I am on a Trainer program, but I am getting frustrated with the calories burned number goal under Activity. I can't keep up with the total, which is now 2800 daily calories, and I can't seem to meet it because I can't exercise that much.  How can I change this goal to something more doable?

Accepted Solutions
I changed mine by going to the app and tap on the calories burned icon. Then I clicked on the setting icon at the top right of the screen. If you look down the list of daily activities, you should see "Calories Burned". Tap that and you should be able to change the number to what you want and that will be your new goal.

I have not been able to find how Fitbit calculates that goal. There is not a specific guide or formula that I know of but perhaps someone else on the forum has some information. I am usually quite active and was still having difficulty meeting the calories burned goal most days so I just lowered it a bit (just a number I picked that I thought was close to their goal but a little more attainable). I would love to know how Fitbit arrives at the goal they calculate.

Hi,

I did that but it didn't save my goal. Each time, it returns to the goal setup Blaze????

Ex. I would like 2500 and my Blaze decided 2204. I don't know why
