Blaze randomly switches off and wont start without placing in charger

As per heading, battery can be full, drive, walk rest whayever, it randomly shuts down and needs to be restatred to get it to switch on. Then needs to be synked as the time is off and you lose the steps done between shutting down and restarting......any ideas?
