My blaze will receive text messages, even when not paired to my iPhone 6+ .... i try to sync it with my phone, but when it does, the time doesn't sync ... anyone else have this issue?

Update: been trying to sync for the past hour with no luck ... tried restarting, shutting down, deleting app, reinstalling app ... am I missing something?

A warm welcome to the Forums @eJoyfulJoy and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. The reason why your tracker is receiving notifications is because the Blaze is paired to your phone's bluetooth settings, so don't worry about it, it's great to hear that your tracker is receiving notifications.

Now about the setup inconvenience, please do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

If after setting it up you still having problems with your timezone, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync again. To change the timezone, do the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. Tap account.
  2. Tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Tap timezone.
  4. Edit your timezone.
  5. Sync.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
