My Blaze is synced to my phone and I get text messages & phone call alerts on my Blaze, but my phone is silent. I have checked the settings on my phone.

About the issue you are experiencing, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself, but I would like to know if you have check the settings on your Fitbit app? If you haven't, I recommend doing the following:
