Blaze receiving notifications even with silent mode on

My Blaze is synced to my phone and I get text messages & phone call alerts on my Blaze, but my phone is silent. I have checked the settings on my phone.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Blaze board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this tracker.

About the issue you are experiencing, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself, but I would like to know if you have check the settings on your Fitbit app? If you haven't, I recommend doing the following:

  1. Tap the Blaze icon
  2. Tap Notifications
  3. In the Always Vibrate option, check that this in "Off"
  4. Sync
