Blaze recording only 1 hour of sleep

I sleep more than an hour per night but this is what it shows:

Hey @anicole-30, it's great to see you around.

 

I appreciate the attached image. Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it. After the restart procedure, test your device.

 

In the meantime, keep in mind that you can always edit your sleep information by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the sleep tile. This is the tile that says "How did you sleep?" or, if you tracked sleep the night before, shows how many hours and minutes you slept.
  2. Tap the sleep log you want to edit.
  3. Tap the three dots and find the option to edit.
  4. Adjust the time you went to sleep or the time you woke up. Don't forget to save.
