I am having the same problem... how do I fix it? do I need to reset to factory settings? I've tried to hold the left and bottom right bottom for 10-12 sec, but nothing happens... I am still getting 200+ floors a day...

@Papa66 Welcome to the Community! Thanks for sharing experience.
@quittarae Hey there! It seems weird that you're getting too many floors. I would like you to restart your tracker and keep an eye on your floors.
Additionally, you may want to check how Fitbit track your floors. posted by one of our users@MacWade.
Thanks for your input @WendyB!
