can anyone tell me y my blaze tells me that I have done over 2,000 steps and walked nearly 2 miles when I have not worn it

I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is showing 2000 s teps and 2 miles without you wearing it. I'd like to help you out with this.
I'm not sure why this could have happened but you can try to restart your tracker to prevent this from happening again. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Also, you can delete the steps and distance that was showing on your dashboard and that you don't recall having done. For the instructions on how to do this, check this article.
As an advise, make sure you're not leaving your tracker on a surface that could be exposed to vibrations that could cause your tracker to falsely record steps.

HI done a reboot last night took the watch of this morning and put on charge as going to work (not wearing for work as job manual and dirty) just got home took unit out of charger and the steps read 235 as it was when went into charger, after wearing for 3 mins the reading for steps jumped to 3,474 any more ideas
