Blaze recording steps, calories and active minutes I didn't do

I have a fitbit blaze.  It's been working pretty reliable until this morning.  First thing in the morning it said I'd done 41 minutes of exercise.  Now, at 4pm it says 74 minutes.  All I've done today is get out of bed, and sit in front of a computer and work.  It says I've done 483 steps total for the day (abysmal I know).  But why does it say 74 minutes of exercise and why has it given me an extra 400 calories in MyFitnessPal?  It's never done this before.  A search of the forums suggests I restart my device "2 or 3 times" which I've done.  It hasn't fixed it.

Hi there @Shai74. Good to have you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker giving you credit for minutes, calories and steps you've not taken. Now, generally, we'd suggest giving your tracker a restart which you've already done (thanks for that) but, that doesn't mean that all the information for the day will be fixed. This will prevent it from happening in the future but the info for the current day will most likely stay like that.

With that said, keep an eye on your tracker for tomorrow and see if there's any change or for the rest of the day and notice if it's still tracking information for activity you've not made and please let me know.

Other than that, I'm always here to help!
