So I am a bus driver and the Fitbit Blaze is counting every single bump I go over as a step every single thing that my arm does is a step towards the blaze is there a way to adjust it so it does not count that as a step I've done about 500 steps for today and it shows I've done 2600 steps so far and it's only an hour and a half after I've been up and I've been sitting on the bus for 45 minutes or longer

I'm sorry to hear you seem to be having problems with your tracker counting excessive steps for not actual steps.
Fitbit trackers have been tested against driving, buses, trains, and other public transportation and should not give you extra steps when you’re traveling under normal conditions. On bumpy roads or in a car with a stiff transmission you may get extra steps. Though a few extra steps won't affect your trends, if it bothers you it's possible to log a Driving activity and remove the steps from your account totals.
For doing this, go to your Activity tile and at the top right corner, tap the plus sign and log a driving activity for the period you're seeing the extra steps.
Now, about the steps being recorded for activities where you're moving your arms, Fitbit devices have a finely tuned algorithm for step counting. The algorithm is designed to look for intensity and motion patterns that are most indicative of people walking and running. When working at a desk, cooking, or doing other arm movements, a device on your wrist can pick up some extra steps if it thinks you're walking. Many of these situations—such as working or cooking—do include a few steps in-between stationary periods so the device tries to give you credit for those steps. For the vast majority of users, the amount of stray steps accumulated is negligible when compared to the entire day.
Hope this answers your question and anything else you may need, let me know!

I've been sitting in bed for the past half an hour, all I've done is eat something and some typing on a laptop. And I picked up an additional 355 steps during that time. That is not a negligible amount.
