Any tracker made by any company may record steps while rowing in a vehicle with stiff enough suspension or on a bumpy road. All it takes is movement that looks like your stepping.
If ypir am android person look up drivebit.

I have had 2 Fitbit Ones.  Still have one actually. It never recorded one step while driving. I suppose I can delete, but what a pain and I shouldn't have to - every day. Also, I should add that my commute is on an interstate.  I could amost balance an egg on my head.

The One is attacked lattached to the core of ypir body, that is sorting on the seat, which provides more cushioning. The Blaze is reacting to the bouncing of the stereing wheel.

I'd go here and vote for this feature.  My fitbit died recently and I won't replace until this driving issue is fixed.
