I've noticed that, after the November 14th update to the Fitbit app on my phone, my Fitbit Blaze has had much more trouble than ever while trying to sync to the app. The past 3 attempts to connect have been entirely fruitless.
I have a Huawei P20 Lite, of which I know should be compatible I have re-installed the app 3 times now with the last 2 times making no difference. The app also refuses to open at times.
Any help would be appreciated at this point, but at the very least, I would like to know why I am having sync issues, even if it is that my tracker is broken.

All of a sudden, 4 minutes ago, it decided to sync the time and a change of clock face and nothing else.

I am officially done with Fitbit. As much as I would like to know what happened, I will be returning my Blaze to the shop I bought it from tomorrow. Getting one of these devices was near enough a waste of my time and money. I even went to the lengths of installing a previous version of the app, still to no avail.
