Blaze registering extra active minutes

I am having an issue with my active minutes which started on Tuesday.

  • Tuesday 813 active minutes
  • Weds/Thurs 1440 active mins
  • today 455 active mins

I synced to the app today after a run and it said 45 active mins I thought yep about right then rechecked it and it says 455! My Fitbit syncs to my weight watchers and it is really stuffing up my info there!

I've restarted the Blaze, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, what else can I do?

A warm welcome to the Community @Smileykylie55.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you are manually logging any type of activity that might be giving your that extra information? Could you please provide me with a screenshot of your exercises?

Hope to hear from you soon. Man Happy

I don’t know how to manually add activity!!

Here are two days that are way off. The steps are right in the 455 min one C99ECD54-4DD0-4694-A733-54D516134667.jpeg

Hi,

i am having the same problem with my blaze. The last eight days have changed to 1440 active minutes (they were not like that two days ago). I have restarted the blaze and re synced it to no avail.

Can you advise me on the next steps please.

Thank you.

I am now having the same issue.  My active minutes were 170 the 2 hours later jumped to 278.  This has been going on for a week.  I’ve tried everything

Hi @Stacijzb, it's great to see a new member around.

Let me explain that the active minutes are measured when doing activity that is more intense than regular walking for more than 10 minutes, taken your heart rate readings into consideration. To further investigate, please check if your device is recording your heart rate accurately. Also, if you've not done so, restart your Blaze and, verify if there isn't any activity logged incorrectly in your account that might be giving your that extra information.

Keep me posted.
