Blaze rejecting bluetooth pairing from android- Moto G5+

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Ok, I've reset everything, ensured I had all the updates and rebooted- I STILL cannot get my blaze to sync with my phone.

As a last attempt, I broke the pairing between my phone and blaze, now, phone says pairing rejected by Blaze when attempting to pair.

Unable to pair with laptop either.

Help! Issue started a week ago. I miss my notifications and steps tracking 😞

Of course it does @anels810

Your trying to manually pair the tracker through the phones bluetooth settimgs.

Doing it this way can not be done. You should get the reject message every time .

As when the tracker was first setup. the app does the pairing of the tracker to the phone.

Normally removing the tracker from the phones bluwtooth. will allow the Fitbit app to see and sync the tracker.

Hopefully the tracker is still connected to your Fitbit account.

Once the tracker is removed from the phones Bluetooth, open the app and perform a sync .

As for the laptop. without knowing what type of OS I can not help, I use Linux and don't need to pair the tracker to the computer.
