Blaze reminder to move not working

I don't seem to be getting the reminders to move on my new Blaze.  I have the settings turned on in the settings page on the website and have synced.  The Blaze "celebrates" when I get the 250 steps in the last 10 minutes of the hour.  Is it possible I'm missing the reminder?  I'm expecting a message or something to show up saying "Don't forget to move" as well as a vibration.

Did you already try to restart your tracker? This article explains how to do that.

Yes I did try a reset.  I'm seeing the same behavior.  What kind of notification should I expect to see?
