Blaze repair

My Blaze is 9 months old. It suddenly stopped working (no display, no charging mode, no synching), although the Fitbit logo displays on the screen. Is the battery dead? If so, where can I send it to get it changed? If not, is this a throwaway device since it is no longer supported?

... but there is a video on YouTube by “Joe” that demonstrates how it is done. Maybe batteries are no longer available

9 Months would be under warranty. They're not offering warranty replacements anymore?

Fitbit never offered replacement batteries or repair service. Anyone taking the Blaze apart and replacing the battery has absolutely nothing to do with Fitbit.
