Blaze reports erroneous battery level and dies overnight.

Background: a. Up to date with current firmware at time of this post. b. Blaze is only ~3 months old. Had overnight drain issues on old firmware a couple of times then it disappeared. Latest situation: - Blaze was at about 75% battery. I decided to plug it in to top it off as I wouldn't be around my blaze charger for a while (days). - A day after topping off the battery I woke up in the middle of the night and tried to tap the screen. It wouldn't come one. I pressed the button to wake it up and the watch turned on and displayed the battery as critically low. I left the watch alone (still on my wrist) and went back to sleep. - Got to work and plugged the watch charger into my desktop computer. It wouldn't charge and kept displaying the battery as critically low. I unplugged the charger and grabbed a nearby bluetooth headset plug in adapter charger(not a fast charge device) and plugged the surge into that adapter. Suddenly the blaze says it is at ~75% battery life and charging. Short version - the Blaze is misreading its own charge level internally that results in a a mismatch in battery levels.

Hi there @Rufnek2014. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

That is definitely not the way your Blaze should be behaving, so I would recommend at this point to get in touch with the Support Team. They should be able to take a deeper look at the logs of your battery behaviour and tell you what could be causing this and get you back on track.

Let me know if you need more help with this.
