Blaze resets information back to zero

Hello,

I have had my Fitbit blaze for about 3 years now I believe. It is working great up until yesterday. I worked out with the workout mode and it counted my active minutes and calories like usual... but when I went to the main face it said I burned 0 calories and was active 0min and it synced the same as well. It has never done this before. I turned it off for a few hours and reset it 2 times already... still doing the same thing. I tried it again today with a workout and the same thing happened. It’s counting everything else normally.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Tank_Fitness! Thanks for bringing this up to my attention. Also, thanks for already turning your Blaze off to solve the issue.

If you've not done so, I'd suggest to try the following:

1. Remove the Blaze from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Setup your Blaze as a replacement.

Give this a go and let me know if your Blaze keeps resetting your data back to zero after syncing.

I'm looking forward to your response.
