Blaze resetting during the day

Multiple times a day my Blaze will reset its steps and all other settings to 0.

Welcome to the Forums @kt154.

 

If your Blaze is resetting during the day, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Also, check that your timezone settings are correct.
