Blaze runs out of charge after a few hours

Hi, my Blaze charges fine but then runs out very fast, after only a couple of hours. Have tried resetting etc but nothing seems to be working. Any ideas please?

Had same problem with mine. Contact customer care advocate. I had to replace mine.
