My blaze is exactly the same. Battery only lasts a day or two at most now.

What can we do to solve the problem?, or the solution is to get a new one because there is nothing else to do?

I charged mine and 7 hours later it was completely empty. This happened 3 times in a 48 hour period. I wish I could replace the battery because I loved this watch and have all sorts of different bands for it. I ended up buying a Versa 2. Not sure if I will like it as much, but we will see.

Battery life really depends on the history of the battery.

Letting the battery fall below 30% or left dead for long periods of time will be detrimental to the life of the battery.

Lithium batteries do have a life span and they stopped selling the Blaze 3 years ago and was introduced to the market 5 years ago.

It may be time to put the Blaze down. Most companies that sell activity trackers only expect a 3-4 year life.
