Blaze's buttons not working

IT seems like buttons are not working.

A warm welcome to the Community @ROW77. Thanks for the details mentioned. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

Please try removing dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

 

If after following the above, your Blaze works again, try to restart it

Thank you. Unfortunately after going through endless trouble shooting techniques Fitbit agreed it was defective. Thanks for replying.
