Blaze's green light is very fast and battery is draining in less than 15 hours

I have been using the Fitbit blaze for the past 4 years. The green light on the back of the watch is blinking constantly even after I have turned off the heart rate on the watch. The heart rate changes from off to on on its own. Additionally the battery has suddenly started draining really quickly.
