Blaze's screen flashing and unresponsive.

My Fit Bit Blaze simply flashes on and off constantly and it dies out.  I can move within the screens, but then when I stop moving around it goes back to the home screen and simply flashes.  I tried a hard reset multiple times to no avail.  I let it die several times to no avail and even when plugged in to the charger it simply flashes the home screen...help
